The care of the environment is important, but what is equally important is that we don't take care of the environment so well that we can never enjoy it... With that said, here is a very interesting quote:

After a long hiatus......

Yet another example of environmentalists not thinking all the way through their actions.
Mexico may retaliate against American trucks. Now, I don't want unsafe Mexican trucks on our highways any more than the next guy, but here is a prime example of the Law of Unintended Consequences. In their zeal to "protect" our environment the environmentalists have sued and stopped Mexican trucks from coming onto our highways. This puts us in violation of NAFTA and entitles Mexico to respond with equivalent economic damage, thereby hurting American companies and possibly putting Americans out of work. Its a sticky dilemma.

Almost 2 weeks have gone by since I last thought of posting. Here are a couple of tidbits I ran across today.
